diy - Removable Trolley Keys

Don't you hate it coming from work and still needing to go shopping?

When you get to the shop and you need a trolley it will demand some currency, fake or real so the lock opens. You start digging your pockets for a coin, all while the rain is pouring down on you.

Downunder35m has solved the problem with his 3d-printed Removable Shopping Trolley Tokens. If you have a 3d printer, click here for his design and STL files

I flattened Downunder's STL design and converted it to a SVG format
to be laser cut on a K40 laser cutting machine.

If you don't have a 3d printer or laser cutter,
you can still make the trolleykey ''old-school style''

1. download the pdf (below)
2. print it on a normal (not-3d) printer.
3. glue it to 3mm wood or aluminium (with a glue-stick)
4. put it in a vice and cut it with saw
5. finish with a file and sandpaper
